  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    Check-out: By 10:00 AM
    ■Please notify us in advance if you will be arriving after 6:00 PM.
  • Can I arrive before check-in time to enjoy the SUP activity?
    Yes, SUP experiences are available from 11 AM, so you are welcome to use the facilities (outside of the guest room area) even before check-in and after check-out.
  • Can I change the number of guests or plans?
    Changes can be made free of charge until 10:00 AM the day before your stay.

    Regarding changes in the number of guests after booking, modifications can be made free of charge until 10:00 AM on the day before your stay.
    After this time, fees will apply in accordance with our cancellation policy.

    For plan changes, cancel your current reservation and rebook the desired plan.
  • Can I change the date of my reservation?
    Date changes are allowed once, up to 10 days before your stay.
    Changes made after this period will incur cancellation fees.
  • Are cancellation fees applicable?
    It will be applyed as follows:

    No-show: 100%
    Same day to 7 days before: 100%
    8 to 15 days before: 50%
    16 to 30 days before: 30%
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept cash, credit cards, and various QR code payment options.
  • Is shuttle service available?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer shuttle or transportation services.
  • Can I stay with my pet?
    Yes, we have one dome tent available for guests with pets.
    Additionally, there is a 5 meters x 11 meters dog run on-site for your pet to enjoy.
  • What are the operating hours of the management building?
    Reception is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • Is parking available?
    Each dome tent has a dedicated parking space for one vehicle.
    If you have more than one vehicle, additional parking is available nearby in the shared parking area.

  • What is the maximum capacity per tent?
    Each tent accommodates 2 to 6 guests.
  • How many beds are in each tent?
    Each tent has 4 single beds.
    For groups of 5 or 6, airbeds are added.

  • Are pajamas provided?
    Yes, pajamas are available in various sizes for adults.
    For children under 12, please bring your own.
  • What cooking equipment is available?
    A large gas BBQ grill is available in each tent.
    For guests on the 1-night 2-meals plan, the BBQ grill is included at no additional cost.
    For guests on the without meals plan, the BBQ grill can be rented for ¥5,500.
    ■Same-day rental requests without prior reservation will incur a fee of ¥6,600.
  • Can I bring my own fire equipment?
    We apologize, but for safety reasons, the use of personal fire equipment is strictly prohibited.
  • Are tableware and utensils provided?
    We provide plates, mugs, and other essentials for your group.
  • Can I enjoy BBQ or meals if it rains?
    Yes, we have all-weather semi-indoor BBQ spaces, allowing you to BBQ year-round.
  • Is Wi-Fi available?
    Yes, free Wi-Fi is provided.
  • Are air-conditioning and heating available?
    All tents and facilities (bathroom, washroom, etc.) are equipped with climate control.
  • Do the tents have bathrooms and toilets?
    Yes, each tent has a private bathroom and toilet.
    The bathrooms feature a clawfoot bathtub and aromatherapy oils for a relaxing experience.
  • Do you offer rentals for cooking equipment?
    We offer the following rentals:

    Cooking Pot: ¥500
    Portable Gas Stove (1 cartridge): ¥800
    If you're interested, please let us know on-site.
  • Do you offer surfboard rentals?
    We offer surfboard rentals. If you would like one, please ask a staff member on-site.
  • For Guests with Pets

  • Are there restrictions on the number or type of pets?
    We allow up to two small or medium-sized dogs.
    For large dogs, please contact us in advance.
  • What documents are required for pets?
    Please provide proof of rabies vaccination or other vaccination records on the day of check-in.
  • What amenities are provided for pets?
    We provide a cage, food and water bowls, a toilet tray, toilet sheets, a pet towel, a trash bin for pet waste, a lint roller, and deodorizing spray.
  • Is there an additional charge for pets?
    No, pets stay for free.
  • Meals

  • When can I place or modify meal orders?
    Meal additions or changes can be made until 6:00 PM the day before your stay.
  • Can I bring my own food and drinks?
    Yes, you can bring your own freely.
    If you choose the without meals plan, you can enjoy meals at the on-site cafe or bring your own ingredients for a BBQ.
    ■ For BBQ use with the without meals plan, a BBQ grill rental fee of ¥5,500 will apply. (For same-day requests, the fee will be ¥6,600.)

  • Can I bring my own BBQ grill or fire pit?
    No, personal fire-related equipment is not allowed.
  • Can I opt for breakfast only, without dinner?
    Yes, breakfast can be added to the "without meals" plan.

  • Are there nearby convenience stores or supermarkets?
    Yes, a supermarket (A-Coop Mikasa) and a FamilyMart are located about 3 minutes away by car.
  • Can I do fireworks?
    Fireworks are limited to those provided by the facility to ensure safety and minimize disturbance to other guests and neighbors.
